Briefing GRULAC Ambassadors on Business in Japan
What a pleasure to spend a morning briefing the GRULAC (Group of Latin American and Caribbean Countries) Ambassadors and Chargés d’Affaires.
We gathered at the Embassy of Argentina for their Working Breakfast to discuss building high-trust relationships and navigating the cultural protocols of doing business in Japan. I was honored to share my experiences and some principles that serve as the foundation for long-term collaboration in this market.
The Q&A and discussion was a highlight, as I loved talking through the questions on the minds of the Ambassadors and diplomatic leaders. I’m looking forward to continuing several of those conversations.
My sincere thanks to Ambassador Eduardo Tempone and Minister Pedro Marotta for the invitation to join such a distinguished group.
(Note: While the session was held under Chatham House rules, I’ve received the green light to share this photo from the morning).
